Unstable feed

Hello,

I am using v0.7 and I would like going to unstable.
What have I to change on my ipkg.conf file?

If I rememebr ok, in the past unstable line was
commented on ipkg.conf, but on mine there isn't, so
I've tried this:
http://familiar.handhelds.org/familiar/feeds/unstable/packages/armv4l/

But I get a wget error.
