booting zImage on ipaq3800

Hi,
  we have compile a linux kernel 2.4.21 for arm achitecture but we have problem booting our zImage on ipaq.
  
  bootlooader installed : arm bootloader 2.21.12
  
we entered the following commands:

'partition define kernel 0x80000 0x80000 0'
'load kernel', send the zImage-2.4.21-rmk2
'partition define root 0x100000 0x1f00000 16'
'load root', send the task-bootstrap.jffs2 image
 'boot'

we obtain this error:

  please can someone tell us what is wrong?
