Summertime change not working for UK time

Hi,

My iPAQ is running familiar 0.82, and syncs its time with my local time
server - all well and good: the minutes and seconds are right, but this
morning it missed the change to British Summer Time. Looks like the
London time zone is set to UTC (which is fair, but not strictly
correct), so it's an hour slow now...
How do I correct the settings for the London time zone (the rest of
Europe seems to have chaged properly in the world clock!).
