opie-handwriting-graffitiset is freezing gui

Hi,
I am running an HP iPAQ H3800 on opie familiar-v0.8.4.
If i click on the keyboard symbol, then Handwritung, then the pen icon
to customize the opie's gui is freezing and in a ssh terminal on the
ipaq opie is still working.

Any hints ?
Is opie-handwriting-graffitiset working for you on familiar-v0.8.4 on
H3800 ?
