transfer files

hi,
how to transfer/copy files from pc to ipaq ?
is there a ftp/sftp/nfs/smb server for familar ?
or is there a usable linux-pc gui for scp ?

(in worst case I have to copy a "transfer" folder via scp in terminal ?)

is there a way to use the backup utility in background, e.g. to backup
every time the ipaq conntect to pc ?
