ipkg-build for powerpc-405

Hi all,

   This is my first mail to the forum, please help me how to make
   ipkg-build packages for "Linphone-1.0.1" on powerpc-405 processor.

   What exactly is this ipkg-build?, please help me.
   Hope will be getting some fine answers from the forum.

   Also if u could tell me how to use it on powerpc-405 processor(ml403 board).
   It will be helpful for me to proceed further.
