You need also the qpe-gaim package (check your feeds with #:> ipkg list |
grep gaim). Then you should find an icon to launch it (see
http://qpe-gaim.sourceforge.net/screenshots.php).

I have qpe-gaim 20041030-r2 installed; altough not a very recent build it
works well for my Yahoo! account.
