It turns out the dependency information was still wrong. I've fixed that
and tested the resulting packages. The new packages are available from
the tzdata feed and from the unstable feed.

If you just want the new tzdata packages, best add only the following
feed and upgrade (as root):

# echo "src/gz tzdata http://handhelds.org/~rw/tzdata/" \
> /etc/ipkg/tzdata.conf
# ipkg update
# ipkg upgrade
