Familiar build setup.

Hi,

I've installed a ubuntu 6.10 machine and I'm following the procedure
detailed in
http://familiar.handhelds.org/build-setup.html

The first problem I've come across is that qemu fails to build.

Are there any known issues with ubuntu 6.10?
