Greetings,

I have just installed familiar 0.8.4 with OPIE onto my newly acquired (from ebay) IPAQ-5555.

After rebooting, it cannot find the wireless access point that it had been using under Pocket-PC...

When I downloaded the Familiar software from the site, I got software for the 3900... Was that the right software?

Are there any updates to the software so that it will use the builtin wireless card ?

Is there any way of getting these updates onto the IPAQ with the wireless network all but unusable?

Is there anyway to use the docking cradle to connect to a PC via the USB and get network connectivity from there ?

I've been using LINUX on my laptop for some time, but I'm back to being a newbie with this pocket linux...

Thanks in advance for any guidance (besides going back to Evil Empire OS).
