Ok, another release is out - this one uses xsingleinstance code. There
is now a fifth line in each control file.

The only other change of note is that it uses GIMP's gtkhwrapbox to
display the icons. After many many attempts to make it happy, I gave up;
the code works perfectly but wants to be as wide as it is tall. I tried
forcing the width but not the height, no luck. I tried a few other
things as well, no luck. I think that using GtkTable will be best; I'll
just have to use the window width to determine how many columns to use.

Unfortunately, ion doesn't seem to honour XRaiseWindow() properly,
windows don't come to the foreground if it's already running. Blackbox
does work, so AFAICT it's not my fault :)
