GPE web page.

OK.

jumping the gun a little bit :) but i have registered GnuPE.org on behalf
of this list, at the moment it doesn't have any hosting, but i have a
couple of potentials, or if anybody knows of and/or would like to fund
some (or if there is the option to run something through HH.org (hint
hint)) that would be nice.

also if anybody would like to nominate a webmaster, or has any ideas that
would be good too.
