GPE-Appmgr 0.04

Yet another release of gpe-appmgr.

This has a few bug fixes:
 * If you tap on a button and move the cursor to a non-gtk area and
release, it won't try to run your program
 * Raising windows works on buggy old versions of mallum's "wm"
   (now known as "matchbox")
 * It doesn't die if /usr/lib/menu has subdirectories (it just ignores
them)
 * It doesn't die if a menu control file doesn't end with a '\n'

And new features:
 * gpe-appmgr-setup; with requisite icon :)
   Alter the visibility of the "All" group, or change between "List" and
"Icon" view
 * The "Properties" dialog (accessed via the pop-up menu) works now

(Can I count bug fixes as features from now on? Or just remark old bugs
as old 'features'? :)
