Updated Bluetooth manager and protocol stack

Hi all,

The updated bluetooth manager AFE and the affix bluetooth stack are
available as packages in the unstable feed:
http://affix.sourceforge.net/feeds/unstable/

The protocol stack comprises from kernel modules
(bluetooth-affix-kernel) and command-line utilities (bluetooth-affix).
The GUI is in one package named bluetooth-affix-frontend-gtk.

As some people here requested the support for BCSP has been added so
that the internal bluetooth module of iPAQ would work without mode
switching.
