gtk 2 packages

Over the past few days, a handful more gtk2-based packages have been
uploaded to the unstable feed, to the extent where one can now do away
with libgtk1.2 and still have a usable (albeit fairly basic)
environment. These packages can be identified by the "2" suffix on
their names. Anybody who is feeling intrepid and flush with disk space,
please try them out and see how you get on.

And: GTK itself has been updated to version 2.1.0. In particular, this
includes the spiffy new display migration code, of which a demo can be
found in the aptly-named gtk-demo package.
