pixbuf scaling

Hi,

Does anyone have play with pixbuf scaling?

I added "thumbnails view" to gpe-sketchbook, scaling with GDK_INTERP_BILINEAR.
It looks very pretty on my desktop, but on the iPAQ it looks as if I used GDK_INTERP_NEAREST (ugly - illegible for textual sketches).

does it comes from reduced lib? and would GTK2 resolve that?
