gpe-atd in CVS

Hi all!
After long time waiting for Russel to include my patches into atd I have
now put up a gpe-atd version into GPE CVS. It fixes the midnight-wakeup
as well as a security problem (i.e. a normal user would have been able
to execute an at job as root!).
Any further ideas are welcome!
Along with the new V1.03 of the sa1100-rtc driver we should be set up
for having alarms ;)

So please test, comment and eventually propose changes.
