Announce: SynCE 0.5 released

SynCE version 0.5 has been released!

The purpose of the SynCE project is to provide a means of communication
with a Windows CE or Pocket PC device from a computer running Linux,
*BSD or other unices.

The new version of SynCE is now uploaded to SourceForge:

Changes from SynCE version 0.3 include the following:

General:

- Improved build system

dccm:

- Added synce-sound tool for playing sound on connect/disconnect
- Close connection with "killall -HUP dccm"
- Clean shutdown on "killall dccm"

librapi2:

- Added prun, pstatus and synce-install-cab tools
- Implemented CeGetSystemPowerStatusEx() tool
- Fixed bug in CeWriteRecordProps()

libsynce:

- Improved synce_socket_accept()
- Added missing error message string

trayicon:

- Added "Disconnect" menu item
