Yeah, I meant a mode you could select dynamically at runtime, eg by
clicking on the icon (except obviously that does something else).

I would imagine having universal recognition enabled all the time would
be quite irritating when dealing with stuff like scrollbars, or panning
in gpe-gallery. Not that I've tried it myself.
