There isn't currently any such feed -- GPE packages just live in
Familiar unstable. I guess adding that feed to an OZ system right now
would be asking for trouble.
As a first step, I suggest you try creating a new feed for Z users, and
just copying the GPE packages (and XFree86, if OZ doesn't have its own
build of that) into it from unstable. You can identify these packages
by starting at gpe2 and following the dependency chain. That should be
enough to allow people to start trying the packages out, and discover
whether there are any cross-distribution compatibility problems that are
going to make our lives miserable.
