new panel apps

A few new panel apps for use with matchbox 0.4 are now in unstable.

- gpe-bluetooth, which is a simple Bluetooth control. It can switch the
radio on and off, scan for devices, and establish LAP connections.
Adding support for DUN in a similar way would be pretty easy if someone
would like to have a go.

- minitheme, a very basic matchbox theme switcher using XSETTINGS.

- minilite, a slider to control the frontlight brightness.

The source for all these is in CVS. From version 0.34, libgpewidget
incorporates code to handle docking an application in the system tray,
which makes it very simple to create matchbox panel apps using GTK. See
gpe/tray.h, and the minitheme source for an example.
