gpe-conf2

Gpe-conf2 in unstable is still at version 0.0.5, which has the infamous
problem with the misplaced "ipaq" icon rendering the package unusable.
I think this was fixed in 0.0.6, but a GTK2 package hasn't yet been
built for this version.

Would anybody like to take care of this?
