Yep. Both the pango ipkg and the libpango1.0-0 ipkg have a version of
pango-querymodule. I can't remember the order, but one ipkg would not
install since the other had already installed the pango-querymodules
file. I'd renamed it to pango-querymodules.orig and the complaining
ipkg then installed (with the bad version of pango-querymodules).
Swapping the pango-querymodules files, I ran the good one, got what
looks to be a proper pango.modules file, and I'm much farther
along...several error messages about being unable to load icons
("Couldn't recognize the image file format for .../*.png").

Thanks for getting me this far. What's with .png files?
