[Q] SQLITE version

Currently, the sqlite ipkg is version 2.4. Can GPE move up to version
2.7 so that it can be more current? I have the 2.7.4 rpm on my laptop
and would like to use evo2gpe.py to load all of my Contacts onto my
iPaq. (Or else, is the 2.4 source code available to compile that on my
laptop, instead?)
