This is very odd since I have never had a problem with the upgrade. it
sounds like you might have gotten caught in a weird "no mans land" where
you were using both 2.7.x and 2.4.10 and now it is slightly hosed.

If you use "less" to look at the file do you see:

** This file contains an SQLite 2.1 database **

at the top?

BTW, I am building a 2.7.4 and will upload it sometime today, just in
case.
