programming in C: which language for the interface on familiar?

Hello,
This message is for the ones who have already written some
programs on familiar.
I am new in Ipaq world. I have linux on my Ipaq and have
installed bluez. With cross-compiling I can run my C programms
on my Ipaq. Now I want to add a graphical interface to them.
What should I use? Will tcl/tk work? Should I use the C
libraries?
