gpe-appmgr 0.11

I've packaged a new release, *but* it needs libdotdesktop. Given I don't
want to insanely annoy everyone by uploading a broken package (yet ;-) I
will only upload it once someone (oi, dc!) uploads libdotdesktop.

(matchbox is GPL'd BTW dc)
