New gpe-conf and sqlite packages

Hello all!

I uploaded three packages to unstable feed:

libsqlite0_2.7.5-1_arm.ipk : sqlite libs, current cvs status with auth support.
sqlite0_2.7.5-1_arm.ipk : sqlite command line frontend

gpe-conf2_0.0.7_arm.ipk : afaik a recent gtk2 version was missing, this one has
networc confg support now :-)
