New sqlite packages (0.7.6)

Hello,

some new sqlite packages again! Now we have a stable release 0.7.6. These _are_
threadsafe and with UTF8 encoding support.

libsqlite0_2.7.6-1_arm.ipk : sqlite libs, current cvs status with auth support.
sqlite0_2.7.6-1_arm.ipk : sqlite command line frontend
