fresh packages alert

Hi all!

I updated some packages:

* gpe-conf to 0.0.7-9

        - Some bugfixes and updates. (especially of outdated config tasks)
        - Basic timezone support.
        - Better suid support, asks for root password now.
        - Configurating gpe-appmgr via xsettings.
        - Proxy (for dillo) and DNS may be managed by it.

* libsqlite to 2.8.0-1

        - Several bugfixes and speed enhancements.
        - Supports additional c inferface without callbacks.

* sqlite to 2.8.0-1

        - Frontend for libsqlite as described above.
