What I've learned from the SoftwarePatent discussions / talks on 19C3
and FOSDEM is: better don't bother to check the details of the lizense,
because knowingly vilating a patent is much worse than to do it just by
accident. Still either is very bad.
OTOH if you can think you COULD work arround the patent (in this case
daubtfully) then check the details, ask a loyer, check the details again
and than try to avoid it.
Or just go and fight software patents in Europe.
