2.4.19-rmk4-pxa2-hh14 is
  2.4.19
    with Russell M. King's 4th patch to that
    with Nicolas Pitre's 2nd pxa patch to that
    with handhelds.org's 14th patch to that

It includes pxa250 support, but the packages you installed were built
for SA1110 H3100/H3600/H3700/H3800. The package name ends in -sa for
the SA1110 packages and -pxa for the pxa250 (H3900) packages.
