Do "rm -r gpe-ownerinfo" in CVS checkouts

Hi,

due to some surgery in CVS, you will have to do a

rm -r gpe-ownerinfo

if you get a message like

cvs [server aborted]: could not find desired version 1.44 in /cvs/gpe/base/gpe-ownerinfo/ChangeLog,v
