[ANN] updated packages

Hello all!

I uploaded two new packages to unstable feed:

- gnupg_1.2.1-1_arm.ipk
   Updated gnupg, same source like the last one but much smaller and with memory guard
   support. Removed components: man pages, gpgv

- gpa_0.6.1-1_arm.ipk
   My fresh port of current GNU Privacy Assistant to iPaq. All basic features should work
   so far, but there may be some bugs...
   At the moment there are still some screenshots at http://handhelds.org/scap
