Well, the SimPAD arrived yesterday... so i had not much time to
find out...
There is a sourceforge project that has a running X,
and some tools for it. They have an image based on an old
familiar distributionthat basically works.

- I'd need a jffs image.
- The X server they use is quite large, seems to be no tiny X.
- Maybe we need to add truetype font support.
- PCMCIA system is really unstable.
- Keyboard mapping needs to be fixed.
- GPE configruation tools need support for it.
- Several kernel issues...
