[Bug 780] Menu display location problem when having to mutch icons

This is reproducible for me as described in the original report.

To clarify:

 - Start with a clean 0.7 install and the standard session.
 - Add more icons to the dock panel, until they will not all fit on the screen
and the scroll buttons appear. (I used clocks, but I don't expect this is
particularly important.)
 - Press the right scroll button to bring these new icons on screen.
 - Press the left scroll button to bring mbmenu back on screen.
 - Tap on mbmenu to bring up the launcher menu.
 - Observe that the menu has appeared at the wrong coordinates.
