Hi all,

I'am new to this list and as I'am trying to move my iPaq from winCE to Linux
distrib I've several pbs (as every newbie, I assume !) related to 3c589
pcmcia card usage.

I first tried GPE v0.61 and then latest one (v0.7 pre) and none of them
connect my paltop to the local network.
The most strange is when inserting 3c589 card into the slot and taking a
look at "PC/CF Cards" utility, the card is well recognized (state 'OK') but
there isn't any device, driver, type, I/O or IRQ informations listed ....

I also have a broken cable ACCTON network card, Adaptec SCSI card and pcmcia
to CF converter which are all working well. so it's typical to the 3c589
card but don't figure out where is it located.

I tried to add 3c589_cs.o file, to install 3c589 ipkg package, ...

Is there anything else to change ?
