GPE text boxes

Hi,
I just upgraded to the 0.7 GPE image. Looks, and works great!
But recently after installing some ipk's GPE applications now have text
boxes which are too big for the screen, and i am unable to enter any
data. e.g. in gpe-calendar the time entry boxes are outside the screen
borders.
Does anybody know why this happens and how i could solve it?
