updated 0.7-rc2 bootgpe2 image for testing

New bootstrap images with yesterday's 0.7 fixes in:

Alternatively, if you already flashed 0.7-rc2 and wish to install just
the changed packages, add http://handhelds.org/~pb/0.7-rc2.1/feed/ to
ipkg.conf and run an upgrade.
