These are the packages I made for OZ.
Please be aware these are in progress so YMMV, but I've had pretty
good luck with them :-)
To get things working with gpe-login ( I've been using nullxdm ) , I
think you'll need to link /etc/X11/Xserver to /etc/X11/X .
If you touchscreen calibration does not come up ( it should do ) when
you start X, rm /etc/pointercal and restart X.

OZ buildroot has X ( newer than familiar's and with tslib ) and GTK2, but
you'll have to use bk ( there are tarball snapshots available
however. )
Im not sure what stage a familiar buildroot is at.

Yes :/ .
Though even knowing how to rotate the framebuffer 90 degrees in
hardware ( which the source for the fb driver would suggest it can be
done ) would help landscape mode considerably.
