Hello,

I am thinking about buying a CF VGA Card, specially if
I could use the iPAQ for presentations. Something like
this:
http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/articles.php?action=expand,12181&PHPSESSID=1d15075f6b8ae17aad2d24012df64c62

Searching about iPAQ support for this graphic card,
I've found this:
http://www.fairlite.demon.co.uk/handhelds.html

So, I don't know if this feature is already on iPAQ X
server, so maybe, we just need the presentation gui
and software to make the CF VGA Card more user
friendly.

I have thought about magic-point as nice tool to make
presentations, even on the iPAQ, without needing PC.
You could get the source here:

I know Nils used wireless and PC on CeBit for this
purposes, but I want PC independence. With the CF VGA
Card I could even connect the iPAQ to a real monitor
and show GPE working on the iPAQ. My main purposes
would be:

- Show GPE/Familiar working just connecting the iPAQ
to the projector and having the screen on the ipaq,
and on the projector.

- Use iPAQ as presentation tool, with MagicPoint or
with image slides. Maybe someone would like to create
a presentation software using DocBook slides format..
who knows.

What do you think? How could this be done? Maybe it
wouldn't be on v0.7, but would be useful because many
people is using their PocketPC devices for this
purposes.

Best regards,
