audio

hi, I have a 36xx,and I work with audio. I select :the sample format a 16bit,the number of channel to 1, the sampling rate to 8000Hz, full-duplex I would read and write one sample to the time. what is the better buff_size? what is the fragment size? I must select a fragment size? thanks francesca
