We should finally come up with a solution for the CVS structure.
For me it would also be OK to put the PIMs into the apps/ hirarchy but I
am still voting for a structure in CVS in not a flat CVSROOT/ tree.
But that is not only my decision.
So please give your vote, now!

2. structured: yes [ ] no [ ]
3. if 2. is "yes"
PIMs in apps yes[ ] no [ ]
