I haven't changed CVS, rm -rf `find -name CVS -type d` isn't really
appropriate...

For those that haven't guessed, this is the first gpe-appmgr ipk from
CVS. All of the CVS/ control directories were included in the package.
(from dist/, dist/usr, dist/usr/bin, & dist/etc).

Should dist/ and everything under it be generated by 'make'?

It seems the 'best' thing to do AFAICS.
