Monolauch ( CVS ) now uses a slightly different (hopefully better)
launching mechanism than xsingleinstance. For such a small amount of
code I dont think its really worth putting into a lib.
As monolaunch evolves it will probably clone the abilitys of xtoolwait
and xalf to provide a very flexible x program launcher which is
especially useful on PDA type environments.
