usqld 0.2.1 Released

usqld 0.2.1 is now there and there is a .ipk in the ftp unstable
directory (/pub/projects/gpe/unstable/base/)

'.1 behaves a bit more like a daemon and can now be properly restarted
from init (ipkg includes init scripts and other gubbins)

I have put together a new .ipk of just the sqlite library (v2.4.12)
called usqld-sqlite which saves a few k over installing the sqlite
shell. it is also the version that i have been using for usqld and
contains threadsafety. there are no ld.so versions of this or previous
versions of sqlite ipkgs so it might work with older versions, but its
definately a YMMV kind of thing.

code is in CVS (including ipkg-buildpackage gubbins)
