I've just checked in a few more gpe-calendar changes.

The most notable one was adding the "summary" field to the SQL schema.
This is unfortunately not backwards-compatible; you will need to delete
.gpe/calendar and allow a new database to be created. Obviously you
will lose all your events in the process.

Once a public release exists, changing the schema like this probably
wouldn't be acceptable. So we need to make an effort now to ensure that
it's OK for the future: this means working out how we are going to store
recurrence, even if it doesn't get implemented. I think Derrell posted
some thoughts just before I went on holiday, and I'll look over them
later today.
