GPE Setup

I'm interested in working on GPE Setup, but I have two problems:

1) I need to be subscribed to this list which I can't seem to find how
to do on the GPE page.

2) I don't have an iPAQ, so I'll have to rely on lots of other people
for testing and will have lots of questions about where configuration
files are placed, their format, and whatever else. This shouldn't be a
problem for developing b/c I can set up a dummy filesystem.

#1 is the most important for now, though.
