There was some code that does what you can see in the screenshots, but
then cmarqu gave me some nice ideas that'll make gpe-today look much
better. Basically it'll be a big GtkDrawingArea and be similar to
PocketPC 2002's.
It'll maximise useful space. The 'old' design inspired in opie-today
(which is inspired in WinCE I think) was wasting a lot of space.
Anyway the idea is to use gpe-today as a 'desktop type' app so it'll sit
in the background. Or maybe it should be embedded into gpe-appmgr and
gpe-appmgr should be desktop app?
