Not as yet. I want to merge this code with my popup menu code ( used by the
dock and mmenu ) and a few other useful dock releated code nuggets to
produce a libdockapp ( or whatever ). This is going to take a little
bit of surgery.

The old method of setting the windows type as a dock, will still work
- its just the window manager will now honour the window type
correctly treating the window as an actual *dock*, rather than a
docked app. Try it with an old style dockapp such as ipaqstat and
you'll see what I mean.
